Nevada Iron Ltd. (the "Company") (ASX:NVI) (TSX:NVR) is pleased to announce that it has filed the following announcement with the ASX today:
Nevada Iron Ltd (the "Company") (ASX:NVI) (TSX:NVR) is pleased to announce that Nevada Iron LLC has received the Class II Air Permit for construction and operation of the Buena Vista Mine, located in Churchill County Nevada. This permit is the second of the three major permits required to commence construction, with the Reclamation Permit received in March 2015. The third permit is the Water Pollution Control Permit, which is anticipated to be received in Q2 2015.
The permit covers the mining and processing of iron ore from the Buena Vista ore body, located in T24N R34 E Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 17. The processing includes a three stage dry crush circuit, two ball mills, associated magnetic separation, ore load-out and dry stack tailings facility. The project is located entirely on private land.
Mr. McMullen, Executive Chairman, commented on the permit receipt: "this represents another important milestone for the Company. We continue to deliver on progressing the project and now have one final permit outstanding that we expect to receive in the current quarter."
