WAF Clarifies Quarterly Report
Perth, Australia (FSCwire) - WAF clarifies that its April 30, 2015 quarterly report should have noted that the Company’s recently filed NI 43-101 technical report to support its Pre-Feasibility Study does not meet the requirements of NI 43-101 and Canadian securities legislation. Revisions to the previously filed technical report may be material. The amended technical report reflecting the revisions are subject to approval by an independent qualified person(s).
The quarterly report should also have disclosed that the property hosts a probable reserve of 11.2 million tonnes grading 1.22g/t gold, containing 440,000 ounces of gold. The probable mineral reserve is part of the indicated mineral resource previously disclosed.
