Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Strategic Metals Ltd. (TSX-V: SMD) (“Strategic” or the “Company”), announces that it has granted incentive stock options to its independent directors, entitling them to purchase up to a total of 500,000 common shares at a price of $0.35 per share for a period of five years, which options will vest on a quarterly basis commencing three months from the date of grant.
The Company also announces that it has accepted the surrender for cancellation of options held by certain directors and officers in respect of a total of 2,375,000 shares (options in respect of 100,000 shares formerly exercisable at $2.82 per share, and options in respect of a total of 2,275,000 shares formerly exercisable at $1.45 per share).
