Redstar Gold Announces Extension of Warrants

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 13, 2015 / Redstar Gold Corp. (TSX-V: RGC) (the "Company" or "Redstar Gold") announces that the series 'A' warrants issued on May 27, 2014 at an exercise price of $0.09 with an original term of 1 year will be extended an additional three (3) months. The exercise price of the warrants remains unchanged. The extension of the warrants is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
