(OTCQB:PGLC) ("Pershing Gold" or the "Company"), an emerging Nevada gold producer today announced that Stephen Alfers ("Alfers"), Pershing Gold's Executive Chairman, CEO and President, will present at the 2015 LD Micro Invitational (the "Conference").

The Conference will be held at the Lux Hotel in Los Angeles, California.  Alfers will make a presentation at the Conference on Wednesday, June 3rd at 9:30 AM PT / 12:30 PM ET.
