(TSXV: BGE) ("Bison Gold" or the "Company") announces that at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 16, 2015, all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed, including the election of Amir Mousavi, Chris Carmichael, David Benson, Mark Robinson and Dale Dunlop as directors of the Company, the appointment of MNP LLP. as the auditors of the Company and an option for the Company to complete up to a 25 to 1 share consolidation or such other ratio that the Board may deem adequate.
