VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - June 25, 2015) - New Oroperu Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ORO) is pleased to announce that it plans to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,333,333 units at a price of $0.15 per unit for estimated aggregate gross proceeds of $650,000. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one-half of a share purchase warrant of the Company. Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of five years after the closing of the transaction at an exercise price of $0.20 per common share. The proceeds from the financing will be used for general working capital.
This financing is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
