MBAC Fertilizer Extends Proxy Deposit Deadline for Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - June 26, 2015) - MBAC Fertilizer Corp. ("MBAC" or the "Company") (TSX: MBC) announced today that it has extended the proxy deposit deadline for the Corporation's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Proxies may now be deposited with Computershare up to 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on Monday, June 29, 2015. The proxy deposit extension will allow all shareholders who have not yet had an opportunity to vote to complete and submit their proxy for the meeting. The Company urges shareholders who have not yet voted to please complete and submit their proxy for the meeting.
