Golden Share Announces 2015 Shareholders' Meeting Results
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 7, 2015) - Golden Share Mining Corp. (TSXV: GSH) ("Golden Share" or the "Company") is pleased to provide the results from its Annual and Special Shareholders' Meeting (the "AGM") held on August 6, 2015 in Markham, Ontario.
A total of 28.3 million common shares, representing approximately 39.3 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the meeting. Golden Share shareholders voted strongly in favour of all items of business put before the meeting, including the election of each director nominee as follows:

| Christian Guilbaud: | 98.83 per cent |
| Nick Zeng: | 99.53 per cent |
Golden Share shareholders voted 99.46 per cent in favour to appoint Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton L.L.P. as auditor, 99.11 per cent in favour of its rolling stock option plan, and 97.58 per cent in favour of the company's share consolidation plan.
The Consolidation is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
