MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired - Aug 27, 2015) - Matamec Explorations Inc. ("Matamec" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MAT) (OTCQX:MHREF) is pleased to announce that the Board decided to grant 1,275,000 stock option Company's to directors, officers and employees.All stock options, totalling 1,275,000, were granted at an exercise price of $0.10 per share, for a period of five years. These options, as well as the terms and conditions of their exercise, are governed by the Company's Stock Option Plan.
