Bitumen Capital Inc. Announces Changes to its Board of Directors

MONTREAL, Sept. 3, 2015 - Bitumen Capital Inc. (TSXV: BTM.H) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Mikhail Gurfinkel has resigned from the Company's Board, effective Tuesday, September 1, 2015.

"On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Mr. Gurfinkel for his services as a Director to the Company," said Richard Groome, President and CEO.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Johnson to its Board of Directors to fill the vacant board position left by Mr. Mikhail Gurfinkel.

David A. Johnson is an attorney and a trade-mark agent, specializing in corporate law, commercial law and intellectual property. Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Queen's University, a Master of Urban Planning (M.U.P.), a Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B.) a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) from McGill University and holds the ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors as well as the CIC.C certification from the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association as certified corporate counsel. He advises both public and private businesses all over the world at the level of the board of directors and senior management on corporate and commercial law and corporate governance. He is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Colt Resources Inc. and a Non Executive Director of Sphinx Resources Ltd.

The appointment is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
