Stans Energy Relists HREEF on OTCQB
Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - Stans Energy Corp. (TSX-V: HRE, OTCQB: HREEF)(‘Stans’ or ‘The Company’) announces that its current listing on the OTCQX will be changing to a listing on the OTCQB. Stans trading symbol will remain HREEF.
Based on financial statements in the Annual report for period ending December 31, 2014 posted, on www.sedar.com, Stans Energy Corp. has fallen below the OTCQX International Continued Standards of USD 2,000,000 in Total Assets as referenced in Section 3.1.a of the OTCQX Rules for International Companies.
Stans remains in compliance with all relevant TSX Venture and OTCQB reporting standards and will continue trading on both exchanges.
