Wildcat Exploration and Copper Reef Terminate Agreement
WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - Sep 10, 2015) - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) and Copper Reef Mining Corporation (CSE:CZC) have agreed to terminate their agreement regarding the sale to Wildcat of Copper Reef's Pikoo and Fort a la Corne diamond exploration properties in northern Saskatchewan as well as gold properties in the main Flin Flon mining camp of Manitoba.
The proposed transactions were originally announced by the Company in its news release dated May 12, 2015 and were approved, subject to regulatory approval, by shareholders at an annual and special meeting held on July 8, 2015.
The Company is evaluating other potential transactions and related funding, which will be announced as and when firm plans are in place.
