Grünwald, Germany, 23 September 2015 - Currently, Tantalus Rare Earths AG is in negotiations with potential investors about the financing of the Company. There is a possibility that the Company uses the existing Authorized Capital 2014. For this reason, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board have resolved today that item 8 of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on 24 September 2015, containing the cancellation of the existing Authorized Capital 2014 and the creation of a new Authorized Capital, shall be cancelled from the agenda. Therefore, there will be no resolution on this item in the Annual General Meeting on 24 September 2015.
