TORONTO, September 29, 2015 - Banro Corp. (the "Company") (NYSE MKT:BAA) (TSX:BAA) announces that it has received notice from the NYSE MKT LLC (the "NYSE MKT") pursuant to Section 1003(f)(v) of the NYSE MKT's Company Guide that, due to the Company's current low selling share price, the Company's continued listing on the NYSE MKT is contingent upon there being a sustained increase in its share price within the next six months or such longer period as may be agreed to by the NYSE MKT.
