("Prophecy" or the "Company") (TSX:PCY)(OTCQX:PRPCF)(FRANKFURT:1P2) announces the cancellation of the remainder of the proposed $2,000,000 private placement previously announced in its September 1, 2015 news release. The Company successfully raised gross cash proceeds of $556,000 through the issuance of 11,120,000 units of Prophecy as announced in its September 30, 2015 news release.
