Columbus Gold announces its 2015 Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held at the offices of Computershare, 3rd Floor Boardroom, 510 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 3B9, on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., local time, (the "Meeting") for the following purposes:
To consider the audited financial statements of the Company for its fiscal year ended September 30, 2014, the report of the auditor thereon and the related management discussion and analysis;
To elect Directors of the Company for the ensuing year;
To appoint an auditor of the Company for the ensuing year;
To consider, and if thought advisable, to approve an ordinary resolution to ratify and approve the Company's Share Option Plan for continuation until the next annual general meeting; and
To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
