Orefinders Welcomes William Stone to the Board of Directors
TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - November 20, 2015) - Orefinders Resources Inc. ("Orefinders" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ORX) is pleased to announce that William (Bill) Stone, Ph. D., P. Geo. has agreed to join the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Stone has over thirty years of geological and management experience in all aspects of mineral exploration through project development to mining of precious and base metal deposits in North America, Australia, Europe and Africa. During his career Bill has been a senior lecturer in geology at the University of Western Australia and a research scientist and senior executive with a number of mineral exploration and development companies. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario and is P.Geo. in Ontario and New Brunswick.

Orefinders would also like to announce that accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan, a total of 2.6 million incentive options have been granted to directors and officers at an option exercise price of $0.05 per share, exercisable for a five year period from the date of issue.
