SASKATOON, Nov. 30, 2015 - Golden Band Resources Inc. ("Golden Band" or the "Company") (TSXV: GBN) announces that pursuant to its Incentive Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to a new director of the Company to purchase up to 1,000,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options vest in 50% increments with half vesting immediately and the balance vesting in 12 months from date of grant. The options are exercisable at a price of $.07 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
