Brigade Resource Corp. Announces Amended Unit Private Placement

VANCOUVER, December 10, 2015 / Brigade Resource Corp. ("Brigade") is pleased to announce that the private placement of up to 2,500,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000, announced on October 26, 2015, has been amended. Pursuant to the amended terms, the unit price of the private placement is revised to $0.15 per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $500,000.Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable to purchase one common share at a price of $0.40 per share for the first 12 months from the date of issue, followed by $0.50 per share for the subsequent 12 months, with an expiry date of 24 months from the date of issue date.
