Perth, Australia (FSCwire) - Gold developer West African Resources Limited (ASX, TSXV: WAF) is pleased to report further RC and diamond results from the M3 and M1 prospects, at its 100% owned Tanlouka Gold Project, Burkina Faso.

“TAC1156 returned a solid shallow oxide result of 22m at 1.3g/t Au from 8m, including 8m at 2.7g/t Au ending in mineralisation at the M3 prospect.
“Shallow diamond drilling also confirmed geological continuity at M1 returning 6m at 2.5g/t Au from 48m 100m southeast of 14m at 4.5g/t from 36m reported in the first week of December, 2015.”
“Gold mineralisation at M1 and M3 is located less than 2km from the proposed heap leach starter pit at M5.
“Follow-up drilling with Company-owned rigs continues and will be accelerated with Ausdrill rigs in the coming days.”
