Noka Resources Appoints Richard Boulay as Director

Richard Boulay is a geologist with over 40 years of experience in the exploration and mining industries in Canada and internationally, including 15 years of mining and infrastructure financing experience gained with Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Tokyo. He has extensive experience in the management and financing of public companies in Canada and the United States. Mr. Boulay also brings extensive lithium-related experience that can be applied to Noka's Nevada projects as a result of his work as Chairman of Latin American Minerals in combining the large Cauchari lithium brine project in Northern Argentina with an adjoining property and the subsequent spin-off formation and significant financing of Lithium Americas Corp. in 2010.
Further, the Company has accepted the resignation of P. Joseph Meagher as a Director of the Company. Mr. Meagher will remain as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
