TORONTO, January 27, 2016 - Pacific Coal Resources Ltd. (TSXV: PAK) announces that the Company is unable to maintain the continuous listing requirements for Tier 1 companies in accordance with the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). As a result, effective Thursday, January 28, 2016, the Company will be reclassified as a Tier 2 issuer under the TSXV.About Pacific Coal Resources Ltd.
