PITTSBURGH, Feb. 1, 2016 -- CONSOL Energy Inc.'s (NYSE: CNX) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, payable on March 3, 2016, to shareholders of record on February 16, 2016.
