Declan Announces Receipt of Conditional Approval for Listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb 9, 2016) - Declan Resources Inc. ("Declan" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:LAN) announces that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to voluntarily delist its common shares (the "Common Shares") from the TSXV in support of a listing of the Common Shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE"). The Company has received conditional approval from the CSE and trading is anticipated to commence immediately upon delisting approval from the TSXV.
