KIRKLAND LAKE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 24, 2016) - Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. ("Kirkland Lake", or the "Company") (TSX:KGI) has been awarded the 2015 Kirkland Lake District Chamber of Commerce People's Choice Award, in the category of Mining and Forestry.
The Kirkland Lake District Chamber of Commerce hold an annual vote from within the community on their favourite local businesses in a number of categories such as Retail, Medical Care and Life Planning, Professional Services, and Mining and Forestry just to name a few. Kirkland Lake will be presented with the award at the Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony being held tonight, Thursday, March 24, 2016.
