Cardero Applies to List on TSX Venture Exchange
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 17, 2016) - Cardero Resource Corp. (TSX: CDU) (FSE: CR5) ("Cardero" or the "Company") reports that it has applied to list the common shares of the Company on the TSX Venture Exchange ("Venture"). The Company has submitted its application and believes that it meets or exceeds all Venture listing requirements. Assuming that the application is successful, the Company will voluntarily de-list from the TSX.
The Company cautions shareholders that there is no guarantee that it will be accepted to list on the Venture.
