Canadian Financial Advisors Now Manage $14 B in Assets Using Maximizer CRM Wealth Manager

18.05.2016  |  CNW

VANCOUVER, May 18, 2016 /CNW/ - Maximizer CRM Wealth Manager software is currently supporting financial advisors across Canada to manage more than $14 billion in client assets. These were the findings of a recent poll by Maximizer CRM, a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

Maximizer CRM customer Sherri Ostropolski, a business advisor and co-owner of Mindset Consulting who teaches advisors to grow their Books of Business by implementing best practices, says, "We recommend Maximizer CRM Wealth Manager to our clients because it is fully customized to the financial services industry. Maximizer builds compliance, transparency and accountability into the advisor's everyday procedures like no other CRM product I have seen. This translates to providing an exceptional client experience, which creates fiercely loyal clients who are more than happy to recommend their family and friends."

Staying compliant while increasing Book of Business

With pre-set, industry-specific configurations, Maximizer CRM Wealth Manager supports the four pillars of success for financial advisors: being compliant, being organized, providing superior client engagement and preparing for growth and/or succession. Increasingly, the first pillar is becoming top of mind for Canadian advisors.

"With a whole new set of rules being brought in under CRM 2.0 by the regulatory bodies overseeing the financial advice industry, advisors are required to provide clients with clear and complete reports on compensation to the advisor for all investment products and services," says John Easton, Director of Wealth Management for Maximizer CRM. "With Wealth Manager, an advisor can demonstrate to auditors and compliance officers when requested each of their firm's interactions with clients – in just a couple of clicks – ensuring continued licence to operate."

Visit Maximizer at Booth #307 at the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners (CIFPs) 14th Annual National Conference 2016, May 18 to 21, 2016 at the WDWSwan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, FL. John Easton will be presenting his talk, "How To Stay Compliant in the Era of CRM 2.0" during a breakout session on Saturday, May 21 at 11am.
