VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 24, 2016) - NV Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NVX) (the "Company") announced today that the consolidation of its common shares on a 1(new)-for-5(old) basis will be effective before market open on May 25, 2016. Accordingly, on May 25, 2016, the common shares of the Company will begin trading on post-consolidation basis and the Company will have approximately 10,141,259 common shares issued and outstanding (subject to adjustment for rounding under the consolidation).
