MONTREAL, Jun 17, 2016) - Yorbeau Resources Inc. (TSX:YRB.A) (the "Company" or "Yorbeau") announces that the nominees listed in the Company's management proxy circular dated May 13, 2016 were elected as directors of Yorbeau.
