Vancouver - Clean Commodities Corp. (TSX-V: CLE) (“CLE” or the “Corporation”) announces that it has discontinued the proposed financing announced by news release dated May 31, 2016. The Corporation does not believe a re-pricing of the proposed financing to current market prices is in the best interests of its’ existing shareholders.
The Corporation is debt-free with a positive working capital position and remains fully-funded to conduct the upcoming and previously announced lithium exploration program on the Corporation’s Spodumene Lake and Dumont Lithium Projects (see news release dated May 31, 2016).
