29.07.2016  |  The Newswire

Toronto, ON / TheNewswire / July 29, 2016 - Nuinsco Resources Ltd. ("Nuinsco" or "the Company") today provided an update on the status of the cease trade order ("CTO") issued on May 5, 2016 for failure by the Company to file its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015; management's discussion and analysis relating to the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015; and, certification of the foregoing filings as required by National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings.

The Company is in the process of completing the required independent audit of its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015, which it expects will be finalized shortly. Upon filing of the required disclosure documents, the Company expects a revocation of the CTO. These are the first steps toward seeking the listing of the Company's shares on a Canadian stock exchange.
