eCobalt Solutions Inc. Reports Annual Meeting Voting Results

VANCOUVER, Aug. 30, 2016 /CNW/ - eCobalt Solutions Inc. (TSX:ECS) (the "Company" or "eCobalt", formerly known as Formation Metals Inc.) announces the voting results from its 2016 Annual and Special Meeting (the "Meeting") held Monday, August 8^th, 2016 in Vancouver, B.C.

A total of 40,173,279 common shares of the 105,892,405 common shares outstanding were voted, representing 37.94% of the issued and outstanding common shares of eCobalt.  Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the Meeting, including the election of all directors as follows:

The other resolutions passed at the Meeting were (1) the re-appointment of Smythe Ratcliffe LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the auditor of the Company; (2) reconfirmation of the Company's Shareholder Rights Plan; and (3) amendment of the Company's Articles, implementing advance notice procedures relating to the nomination of directors.
