Argentina Lithium and Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:LIT)(FRANKFURT:OAY1)(WKN:A0RK7E), "Argentina Lithium" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the $2 million private placement announced on September 30, 2016 is fully subscribed. The Company is in the process of completing and filing the required paperwork for regulatory approval.
This financing is subject to regulatory approval, and all securities to be issued pursuant to this financing are subject to a four-month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws.
