Intigold Mines Ltd. Changes Location for 2016 Annual and Special General Meeting and TTAGIT Update

Vancouver, November 23, 2016 - Intigold Mines Ltd. (IGD - TSX-V) announces that it has changed the venue for its upcoming Annual and Special General Meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held in Vancouver, BC, on December 1, 2016. The location of the meeting has been changed from the Company's offices on West Pender Street and will now be at the offices of Harper Grey LLP, 3200 - 650 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 4P7. To ensure no adverse impact to shareholders, the anticipated start time for the meeting has been delayed to 10:15 a.m. (Vancouver Time).

Intigold also announces that it has received the following update from TTAGIT Social Networks Inc.("TTAGIT"). Intigold owns a 51% interest in TTAGIT.

TTAGIT is maintenance mode to keep up with changes that have been made with Google and Twitter's API ("Application Programming Interface"). Also, we are in discussion as how to proceed forward with the new changes happening on the Internet lately due to changes within the Internet."
