Tasca Resources Ltd. Announces Plans to List on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Vancouver - Tasca Resources Ltd. ("Tasca" or the "Company") (TSX Venture symbol: TAC) is pleased to announce that it has initiated the process to list its common shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany. The Company anticipates that its listing will be effective in a couple of weeks.
