Gitennes Exploration Inc. Substantially Increases Size of its Advanced Stage, High Grade Snowbird Gold Project

VANCOUVER, Feb. 27, 2017 - Gitennes Exploration Inc. ("Gitennes" or the "Company") (TSXV – GIT) announces it has staked an additional 5,100 hectares at its advanced stage, high grade Snowbird gold project, located near Fort St. James, British Columbia (the "Snowbird Project"). The new claims bring the size of the Snowbird Project to 7,120 hectares and ensure that the Project covers all of the prospective geology and previously identified targets. Gitennes has also commenced an in-depth review of the extensive database for the Snowbird Project the results of which will be used to focus the Company's first phase of exploration.
Mineralization on the Snowbird Project occurs primarily in the Main, North, East, Granite and New Showing zones. The majority of the 91 diamond drill holes on the Project have been drilled on the Main and North zones over approximately 800 metres.
