Perth, Australia - In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 Capital Mining Ltd. (ASX:CMY) requests its securities be granted voluntary suspension as negotiations on the proposed acquisition and capital raising are incomplete and the Company is not yet able to make the announcement.
An announcement will be made to the market regarding the acquisition which is expected to end the period of voluntary suspension and will be made on or before 8 March 2017.
Capital is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
