Vancouver, April 1, 2017 - Noka Resources Inc. (TSXV: NX) (Frankfurt: 2NKN) (the "Company" or "Noka") is pleased to announce that it has arranged, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, a private placement of up to 7,142,857 common shares at a price of $0.07 per share for total gross proceeds of up to $500,000.
The securities issued under the private placement will be subject to statutory hold periods expiring four months from the date of issue. Finders' fees may be payable in whole or in part on the placement pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Proceeds from the private placement will be used to fund ongoing exploration and for general working capital.
