("Alto") (TSX-V: ATV) (OTC PINK: ALVLF) based on direction and control over shares of Alto. ACM exercises control or direction over 4,000,000 Shares, which represents less than 10% of Alto's current 40,170,414 outstanding shares, as reported by Alto on Toronto Stock Exchange official portal www.tmx.com.
In addition, ACM announces that it has ceased to be an insider of Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. ("Purepoint") (TSX-V: PTU) (OTC PINK: PUMGF) based on direction and control over shares of Purepoint. ACM exercises control or direction over 16,278,300 Shares, which represents less than 10% of Purepoint's current 189,169,260 outstanding Shares, as reported by Purepoint on Toronto Stock Exchange official portal www.tmx.com.
