Aura Silver Announces Stock Option Grant
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Apr 24, 2017) - Aura Silver Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AUU) ("Aura Silver" or the "Company") announces that it has granted stock options for a total of 5,300,000 common shares of the Company to officers, directors and consultants of the Company. These stock options are exercisable at CDN $0.07 per stock option and will expire on April 23, 2022. These stock options vest over an eighteen month period following the grant date and are governed by the terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan.
Following this stock option grant, the Company has a total of 9,450,000 stock options outstanding representing approximately 7.4% of the outstanding common shares of the Company. This stock option grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
