Noram Announces Results of Annual General and Special Meeting

Vancouver - Noram Ventures Inc. (TSX-Venture: NRM / Frankfurt: N7R / OTCBB: NRVTF) (“Noram” or the “Company”) announces that at the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 6th 2017 (the “Meeting”), the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) approved the following;
1. The approval of the audited financial statements of the Company for the financial period ended January 31, 2017, together with the auditors' report thereon;
2. To set the number of directors at 4;
3. The election of Mark Ireton, Ken Phillippe, Art Brown, and Cyrus Driver as directors of the Company for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed;
4. The appointment of MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants for the ensuing year and the authorization for the directors of the Company to fix their remuneration;
5. Approval of share consolidation;
6. Approval of option re-pricing;
7. The approval of stock option plan.
All resolutions were passed by Shareholders at the Meeting.
