("Peloton" or the "Company") (CSE Symbol: PMC) has closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") previously announced May 3, 2017 for gross proceeds totaling $221,875 and consisting of 4,034,090 units priced at $0.055 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable for three years at $0.10. Proceeds from the private placement will be used for mineral exploration, general working capital and administrative expenses.
The securities issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the issuance of the securities.
