Roughrider Acquires Option to Acquire Nevada Gold Project
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 19, 2017 / Roughrider Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: REL) ("Roughrider" or the "Company") - Further to its News Release dated June 22, 2017, announcing that it had signed an option to acquire the Iron Butte oxide gold-silver project located along the western margin of the Battle Mountain-Eureka Gold Trend in Lander County (the "Iron Butte Project"), the Company is pleased to announce that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for, and acquired, an option (the "Option") to acquire a 100% interest in the Iron Butte Project, subject to certain royalty interests, from an arm's length private vendor.
In connection with the acquisition of the Option, the Company issued 75,000 common shares (the "Shares") and paid aggregate cash payments totaling USD $25,000. The Shares are subject to a hold period expiring November 14, 2017. The terms of the Option agreement are fully disclosed in the Company's June 22, 2017 news release.
