VANCOUVER, July 31, 2017 - ExGen Resources Inc. (TSX.V:EXG) / (OTC:BXXRF) (“ExGen” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. David Yancie has resigned as a director of the Company in order to focus his efforts on finalizing retirement from the daily operations of his large agricultural business. Mr. Yancie has been a director of the Company since July 2009. Jason Riley, the President and CEO of ExGen commented, “On behalf of the board and our shareholders, I would like to thank David for all of his years of dedication and tireless efforts as a director of the company.”
