(TSX-V: MRZ, OTCPK: MRZLF) (the "Company" or "Mirasol") announced the grant of 385,000 incentive stock options under its incentive stock option plan to certain officers, employees and consultants. All of the options are exercisable at $1.80 per share, with 235,000 options being exercisable for a period of three years from the date of grant, and 150,000 options, which are subject to certain vesting restrictions, being exercisable for a period of four years from the date of grant.
