Commissioning of the Ore-Sorter, and training of operating personnel will commence on completion of assembly.

Development of the Legend Zone, that is directly beneath the Sunshine Zone, 50 feet above, continues, and mineralized material is being extracted from the zone to add to that material already stockpiled.

The Company is winterizing the Mine so that seven (7) day a week operations, both mining and processing, can continue through the winter.

Bayhorse CEO Graeme O'Neill comments, "Now the Ore-Sorter is being assembled for use, upon becoming operational we anticipate being able to increase the amount of direct-shipping material for processing to Mineral Solutions of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho."

The Company advises it is not basing any decision to produce on a feasibility study of mineral reserves demonstrating economic and technical viability and also advises there is increased uncertainty and specific economic and technical risks of failure associated with any production decision.
