Perth, Australia (ABN Newswire) - The Board of Directors wishes to advise that Mr Qingjiao Yu has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of Prospect Resources Ltd. (ASX:PSC) ("PSC" or "Company") effective immediately. Ms Yan Wang who acted as an alternate non-executive director to Mr Yu will also resign as a result.
The Board would like to thank Mr Yu and Ms Wang for their contribution to the Company over the past 12 months and wishes each of them well in their future endeavours.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr HeNian Chen, as a non-executive director of the Company, effective after the Company holds its 2017 annual general meeting today.
Mr Chen has served as the Chairman of Changshu Yuhua Property Co. Ltd since 2003, and has served as the Deputy Chairman of Afore Ne Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co. Ltd since 2007.
Chairman of the Company, Hugh Warner said that "We are pleased to welcome Mr Chen to our board. Over the past year, Harry Greaves and I have got to know Mr Chen during our frequent trips to China.
