Energia Minerals Limited: Change of Company Name and Constitution

29 November 2017 - Energia Minerals Limited (ASX:EMX) (“the Company”) advises that following approval of a special resolution by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held 23 November 2017, the change of the Company’s name to Alta Zinc Limited has been completed.

The special resolution incorporated approval of an amendment to the Company’s Constitution to reflect the change of name. A copy of the amended Constitution is attached. The Company will commence trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) as Alta Zinc Limited under the new ASX listing code of AZI on and from 4 December 2017.

The change of name better reflects the current activities and future strategic direction of the Company, namely delivering value from the Gorno zinc project located in northern Italy and the suite of base metal projects in Italy and Australia.
