Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Ashburton Ventures Inc. (ABR-TSX:V) (ARB-FRANKFURT) (“Ashburton” or the "Company”) announces the Company has fully subscribed the previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.09 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $900,000 (see PR dated January 4th, 2018).
The closing of the offering is subject to receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company may, in its sole discretion, pay finders' fees to agents of the Company.
